Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Jyoti Associates, whether availed online or offline, and to all payments made by clients.

By engaging our services or making any payment, the client agrees to this policy.

  1. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request cancellation of services before commencement of work by submitting a written request via email.

Once the service has commenced, work has begun, or documents/files have been processed, cancellation shall not be permitted.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet commenced
  • A written cancellation request has been received
  • In such cases, refunds may be processed after deduction of administrative and processing charges, if applicable.
  • No refund shall be issued once the service has started, files have been opened, or work has been initiated, under any circumstances.
  1. Partial Refunds

If services have been partially completed:

Full refund shall not be applicable

The amount shall be adjusted based on the stage and extent of work completed

  1. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds shall be processed:

Through the original mode of payment, or

Via NEFT / RTGS to the client’s bank account

The refund process may take 10 to 15 working days to complete.

 

  1. Non-Delivery of Services

In case Jyoti Associates fails to provide the committed service, wholly or partially, the matter shall be reviewed, and an appropriate decision shall be taken based on the specific circumstances.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to refund or cancellation shall be resolved in accordance with the internal policies of Jyoti Associates and applicable laws of India.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
